By accessing or using the Ordo platform ("Service"), provided by Ordo Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you differ with these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ordo provides a platform for creating, managing, and deploying AI agents. The Service allows you to:

  • Configure AI agents with custom prompts and personalities.
  • Upload documents for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Connect agents to third-party tools and APIs.
  • Deploy agents to chat interfaces (Slack, Web, Microsoft Teams).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service or access it via unauthorized means.
  • Violate the usage policies of underlying model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit, including agent configurations and knowledge base documents.

Our IP: The Service, including its "Ordo" name, logo, and underlying technology, is the property of Ordo Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ordo assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the Service in response to your inputs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or securely generated. Due to the probabilistic nature of Artificial Intelligence, output may be inaccurate or misleading. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy of any output.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
